Celeste Chela has over 6 years experience in customer service and operations support to professionals. Celeste’s business acumen, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills benefit us daily as she assists our clients, manages aspects of our daily operations, and contributes to the ongoing evolution of our business.

During her career, Celeste has been an integral asset in the startup and opening of two medical doctor’s private practice health care offices; establishing standard operating procedures, managing staff schedules, and helping patients. She also provided administrative support at one of the leading behavioral health facilities in Texas.

Celeste is fluent in English and Spanish and is active in the community providing translating services for non-profit organizations. Celeste holds an MBA from the University of Houston, where she was also previously awarded her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a minor in Human Resources, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
