Charles started Petro Cargo, later renamed Vessel Blenders, for the sole purpose of providing consistent, high quality solutions to customer quality and schedule problems inherent to on-board blending.

The reputation he’s built, and enjoys, is one of consistency, accuracy, thoroughness, organization and speed.
Charles studied Science at the University of Central Arkansas and Engineering at the University of Illinois at Carbondale.
He originally trained and operated in oil and gas as a certified laboratory technician in the U.S. Army, following 8 years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps.
After his service in the U.S. Army, Charles joined KBR as a fuels laboratory Manager/inspector in support of the military at Mosul and Balad Airbases in Iraq.
He went on to join Inspectorate as an Inspector at the Valero St. Rose, LA facility.
He later joined Antares Oil Services as a leader in their Loss Control division prior to founding Petro Cargo/Vessel Blenders.
Charles has a set of unique experiences, training and education, along with a service first mentality born of a lifetime in a military family and over a decade of personal service in the US Army and Marine Corps.
He continues that commitment to service and quality for all Customers, Employees, and Partners via significant investments in Continuous Improvement of all systems and equipment necessary to meet future industry needs.
He continues his commitment to his communities, where he contributes to Ronald McDonald House, and actively empowers and protects children of abuse.
