Sania Khan is a human resource professional with more than two years of experience working with multiple aspects of human resource and human capital systems. Sania focuses much of her expertise on organizational development, HRIS implementation, and places great importance on employee engagement and retention strategies.
During her career, Sania has assisted in the integration of over 10 new corporate workforces through acquisitions, facilitated and audited a company-wide HRIS change, grown a startup’s human resources efforts as the company expanded to Houston from Chicago, and has experience working with product and marketing teams to help develop specialized software for clients.
Sania is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu and is an avid enthusiast of photography and videography. She helps manage a production company in her free time and has been helping to grow their business for the last four years. Sania is completing her M.S. in Human Resources from the University of Houston and graduated with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Corporate Communications.
